    I’m on the Keto diet and I love it!! Just the other night I made an awesome Alfredo Cauliflower dish (there’s a steak recipe thrown in there too!)

    Not cauliflower, but zucchini makes great zoodles!

    Agreed!! Spiralizers are cheap and easy to use!

    Busy day today but managed a 20 minute blast on the cross trainer before going home. I am very please with myself and my workrate so far. Looking to up it next week even to the point where a jog may enter into the routine !! :o:o

    Good morning! I’m supposed to be on my way to Spin, but on my phone instead. Decided on gym after work for a run and then chest, back and legs. Is hating leg day a universal truism? My gym has a cardio cinema. If they play the same movie today as yesterday, I’ll run in there so i can see the second half of the movie. Makes the TM more palatable. Carpe Diem!
