Wait til you're 56 and still feel like you're in your 20's. You'll be baffled-lier.
Or 64. Beyond baffled.
So it never changes ‘eh?
Apparently not. Just trying to live and love life!

Southwest Idaho here. Weather was great for Independence Day, but the heat wave begins today.0 -
hope all the middle agers are having a great baby Friday. the real one is so close I can smell it
It's hot here today. I walked like 4km round trip to go lay by a pool to watch my boy swim at camp. I did manage to get some errands done so yay me. Those forecasters better be right when they say we will get a break from this heat tomorrow.3 -

Hello to you. And there's no need to call yourself an old lady at 40. You were only 10 years old when we got married, but we still feel young in our 50s now.0 -

BUT, because I found that I love being active, I am researching all sorts of exercises that I can do without standing on my feet (or swimming, I don't have access to a swimming pool). I still do yoga, because it is not hard on the feet. I REALLY REALLY want to get back to walking and other activities that you need feet for, because I am addicted to my Fitbit and it is getting b0

I don’t admit to being middle aged. You can still add me though.1

Meditation. Anyone tried it? Liked it? I've done it for 12 days now, a Gratitude plan by Deepak Chopra. I cannot vouch for whether I'm truly getting it, but I do feel more calm as I go through my day.2

I’ll be 39 next mo. I don’t feel that old nor act that old. I’m just a laid back girl w no filter.
I’ve recently started Keto. Not only do I feel great on it, but I always love a challenge!0 -
Hello! Tanya, 37 years old from Ontario Canada
While I am just getting into the "middle age" group" my body certainly has been proving to be aging this year! Got back into more physical exercise which was followed by a number of injuries htis spring/summer. Nothing serious just annoying issues that also had me scale back exercise for periods of time. Lesson learned - slow and steady0 -

I'm nearly out of my 50's (will be 60 early next year) but thought I'd say Hi. I'm from the North East coast of England and I love my life x Loving my exercise more than ever and have about 16 lbs to loose to get to my target weight.

I'm 53 years old and from Southwest Virginia. I was trying to lose about 47 lbs and have lost 5 lbs so far since 6/29. I'm eating low calorie low carb, walking 4 days a week and toning 3 days a week. I have good days and some days are a real struggle like today.3

Will be 30 in November of this year!0

Hello, middle agers! I haven't posted in a few because my depression and anxiety have really had a hold on me. I haven't been tracking, I haven't been to the gym, I've been eating garbage. But that changes this weekend! Back to the gym tomorrow morning and back to being conscious of what I stuff in my face. I hope you all have a happy Friday!2
