    Good on you, I still have 2 hrs and 30 mins.... then it's off to the gym. But, for a Monday. I'm doing pretty dang good.

    53yo Oma with about 75 pounds left to lose. Been at plateau for about a month, and upping the walking is not possible due to physical disability.
    Question, should I cut back on more calories?
    Doctor already knows I am under 1,800.
    A few days ago I dropped it to 1,600 and upped water. Do you think that will do the trick?

    High school English teacher by day; Mom of two boys by night. I’ll be crossing over into my 40s this November and I refuse to spend another decade of my life overweight.

    I’ve been doing IF since January and just started Keto this April, which has finally led to the weight sliding off. I have about 50ish pounds to lose.
