I still want to get my body fat percentage down a little more, but the overall goal is to maintain fitness to support all the fun things I do and to keep my bones strong for that time in the future when I leave middle age and get "old." Ha.2 -
Ouch - Middle agers group? When did I get old enough to qualify? I will be 39 in exactly a month + 1 day. My goal is to lose 50 lbs by my 40th birthday in a year. I have PCOS and have battled that beast for over a decade so I know losing weight does not come easily for me.2

It’s soooo much harder to maintain at 43 than it was at 33! Whatevs... I still rode my bike really fast down mountains🚵🏻♂️🚵🏻♂️🚵🏻♂️6

Hi. I'm Dianne and I just turned 50. I've got a long way to go to reach my fitness and health goals but I'll get there. In the last month I've removed 99% of the junk food, cut WAY back on fast food, started eating vegetables and started walking 30 minutes twice a day. I've lost 15 lbs. so far.6

My name is Duane from Texas and I’m 50. I’ve been a life long runner that’s helped me stay lean disputes my poor eating habits. It’s catching up to me now. Btw - my profile picture was taken 4 yrs ago at 46. It’s posted to motivate me. I’m not trying to get that skinny but still need to drop 12 lbs. That’s my story.

Good mornin' fellow middle agers- down another pound. Small and steady now that I've changed things up. My energy level is better, my hunger cravings are much less, I'm feeling better and actually moving backwards on that satan scale.
Have a beautiful weekend all! Always looking for middle ager friends as well- feel free to add.5 -
It's Friday!!! I've decided I'm taking my son to do something fun today. Our options are the zoo, museum, beach, there's some indigenous games on nearby. Too many options1

I’m 38, I’ve never felt better, and I know the best is yet to come. You’re all amazing. Keep going, you beautiful beings..2

Happy Friday. Decided I'm leaving work at 1 today in an attempt to avoid the crappy shore traffic. Amazing how my schedule on Fridays revolves around who is going on vacation on what roads. Had a good 5k last night but skipped my lifting. Will get that in tonight. Carpe Diem.3

Happy Friday group, look at all these new faces... this is great, welcome all... feel free to add me. And the new runners... is this a sign? I just started trying to get back into the running game. I did my second 5k this week.... and I feel good.... my hips and knees are a bit tight... I know I need to increase my stretching game.
Have a great weekend all... it's my weekend for the ER, so I'll be saving lives and stomping out disease.
Thought of the day: “We all have dreams. But in order to make dreams come into reality, it takes an awful lot of determination, dedication, self-discipline, and effort.” — Jesse Owens4 -

I’m nearing 45, basically, the same thought process hit me in February.
Intermittent fasting has changed my life. The mental clarity and endurance changes...
Running circles around people in my age bracket. Lost 50ish pounds. Have more to lose, but man! Feel like a teenager during my OMAD periods.
Good luck to ya.
