    Happy Sunday Middle agers. Mid 30s and just started a RBT 28day challenge. Strict nutrition & hard work outs sesh. Wish me luck 😀. My first time posting here. Not sure how it works! Need support & motivation!

    Thanks 😉. Trying to stick to it. No dairy & alcohol is a killer. In terms of the community thing as I just read a few threads then decided to post something.

    Wow, good luck! I can't quit dairy, I could stop alchohol if I real wanted but I live on milk.
