Alright seems like we all have a bit in common... good to know I'm not the only one who falls and jumps pulls and drags my way back to the wagon. One way or another we all shall prevail. Thank you for being here. I will need it.

Seeing middle aged and upper 30s in the same sentence may have just sent me in downworld spiral of depression. haha

Don't feel bad. I'm now wondering how much longer before I'm too old for this group, as I turned 51 today.

I'll be 40 in a few days, have about 30 pounds to lose. 5' 2, CW: 157, GW: 127. The older we get the harder it is to lose. Need other people in the same boat to help me stay motivated. I love looking at other people's food diary's and getting new ideas of healthy things to eat. Get tired of the same old foods. Feel free to add me. For those you that are new, you just click on someone's username and then when their profile comes up, you click "add friend" Ok, let's do this! We're not getting any younger!! :)

You started here at 165. Your goal weight is 195 and after 22 days, you've lost 18lbs! So, you are now at 147? Ummm, I want to weigh what you weigh.
