Hi guys 🙋‍♀️. I am not new to MFP but new to the community part of it. I hope it's ok to be 43 and not feel middle aged 😂🙈 On my way to my ideal weight for the second time.... doing ok so far and have 10 more kilos to go ( friends say that's too much ). Hope to reach my goals in the next two months. I have a feeling this group will make the jurney more fun 🙂 ... My biggest problem atm... I love weight training but I cant make my self to start doing it again even tho I know what it will do to my body and how good it makes me feel.

Sorry for the long post ... noob here 😂

Four months away from the big 50. Started back on the path to a healthy lifestyle. Going forward with a Keto based program. Hope to hit my target before my birthday. First 30 days were amazing.ulbchtxgf77w.jpeg

Hardest part of Keto is giving up my passion for home fermentation and “real beer” and wine. See you again my old friends....every great thing requires a sacrifice!

Heard that. I home brewed beer from 2003 to 2015. Enjoyed every minute and every gallon, but it did contribute to weight gain. I still miss it, though. Luckily I have friends in the brew club who share their creations.

Happy Saturday. I had a great cardio session this morning and then planted my *kitten* on the couch. Been snoozing and watching live PD. Now I want cupcakes.

Long day. Lots of activity and heavy lifting, surprisingly enough did not think of the diet once. Will see how sore I am tomorrow,
