    I'm so jealous. Have to limit salt so, limiting Hot Sauce, too. I may make some though, that way I can control the salt!!

    I have this!! I put this in my chilli but will add in sandwhiches. I love getting people to try it cause barely any one can handle it lol.

    Mind you it is 900x hotter than a jalepeno... :P

    Any hot sauce, low in sodium, no sugar/honey/HFCS, the more natural, the better. Blair's and Dave are staples. The hotter the better since I can get the heat without the sodium.
