    Is it too late to start

    If not I'm in
    starting weight 224lb
    Goal weight 140lb
    However I don't think that I will get to that in 26 weeks
    So goal weight for challenge of 26 weeks based on 2lb lose a week would be 172lb


    It is not too late to join!

    I like the idea of mini goals:

    January: 164lbs
    Feb: 159lbs
    March: 154lbs
    April: 149lbs
    May: 144lbs
    June: 140lbs

    I really want this... I look at the numbers and think 'easy' but I know it will be hard work and take a lot of commitment. I'm ready... well almost- I've got two days of holiday left.

    I've included my last recorded weight but my actual focused start date will be 09/01. Good luck everyone!

    @haackta I have more than 26 pounds but it is a nice starting point. I would like to lose 28 more pounds after that.

    I'm travelling internationally and don't have a scale...but 1 week in, my before and "now" pics have shown a great improvement in bra bulge! Feeling great, sticking to it.
