 I'm doing Insanity! Due to diets not working for me. The first week was hard and got close to giving up, but I adapted the programme for me and if my BPM reaches my theoretical max, I rest no matter what.
 The other challenge has been getting to my BMR when I've not been hungry!! Last couple of days I've easily hit my target and have been doing well to eat my exercise calories as well.
 But seen a major fall in weight, so have got to revisit my calculations to get back on a 2lb/week weight loss. Otherwise it's Cheese & bacon sandwiches for me!!!7
