I've continued my Martial Arts training both in and out of class. Currently I am horribly ill with a cold, but I am still trying to get my steps in and watch what I eat.

Hello All! I achieved My goal is to loose 2 lbs a week.
Even with having a stomach virus and only making it to the gym 2 days this week.

Even though I'm a late bloomer I am trying to change my eating habits this week.

Sorry havent posted much here . I have been tracking all my foods and activities and have lost 5 pounds ( as of today yay! ) since January 1st . I know it will slow down but thats okay . Ive got this9

It's been challenging not having a scale or access to one. I slipped up a little this weekend w/my calories (wine, I love thee). BUT, I took some pictures and compared them over the last 2 weeks and it's helping me stay on track.Not noticing a difference in my clothes, but the pictures are undeniable Trying to stay on the path and think long term.6
