    I struggled for weeks in December and January to break that 145 lb barrier. Finally through it down to 144 lbs

    Now onto to the next one of 140 lbs. focusing on 5 lbs at a time and celebrating each little victory on my way

    Your post encourages me to post. I was really going to skip this week. I've been training for 4 weeks and have gained 3 lbs! Don't give up, we are going to push pass this discouragement.
