    My mini goal was 164lb - almost made it!! Feb goal is 6lbs away. I've decided to go on a restricted diet for a few days this week to see if I can kick start the shift! I've still been binging on left over Christmas snacks and I feel I need a bit of help to stop - so following a plan should take away temptation.

    I was 0.8lbs away from January it would have been nice to actually get to goal but I am happy that I was so close. I got 4.8lbs to lose to get to the February goal so I got 28 days to do that.

    I'm doing Insanity! Due to diets not working for me. Looking at weight training too, just need to buy some weights! ;-)
    This last week has seen a major slow down in weight loss, I've yo-yo'd quite a bit for a 1lb loss overall. A bit demoralising considering all the work put in.
    But the issues have been:
    1 training day lost to needing a bit more Recovery and possibly a little laziness.
    My training times have got later and later, partly because visitors/friends staying quite late.
    Hoping to get an early start today though and possibly fit a second training session in if up to it.

    The scale is going in the wrong direction ! I had a heavy Carb week again and ended up gaining a half pound. However, I can tell my clothes are fitting better. So, I am at a loss. Hopefully I will have better luck next week.

    Hi - I've tried insanity a few times over the last couple of years - it's a great workout but I never got past day 10.. something always got in the way. Good luck with it - you've inspired me to have another go!
