I was 0.8lbs away from January it would have been nice to actually get to goal but I am happy that I was so close. I got 4.8lbs to lose to get to the February goal so I got 28 days to do that.1 -

I'm doing Insanity! Due to diets not working for me. Looking at weight training too, just need to buy some weights! ;-)
This last week has seen a major slow down in weight loss, I've yo-yo'd quite a bit for a 1lb loss overall. A bit demoralising considering all the work put in.
But the issues have been:
1 training day lost to needing a bit more Recovery and possibly a little laziness.
My training times have got later and later, partly because visitors/friends staying quite late.
Hoping to get an early start today though and possibly fit a second training session in if up to it.1 -
