    Unquantified words - like normal/unusual, big/small, want/need, unlimited/restrictive, hungry/full, active/sedentary, often/rarely - don't mean much without context. Social and cultural norms change through time, and habits and expectations are different from person to person.

    I think one of the reasons I lose weight so easily, is that I fully accept that I gained because I ate too much. (I'm actually surprised I didn't gain more, and faster.)
