    Week 9-a bit late to record (usually on Sunday)
    Starting weight: 247.8lbs (Jan 1st)
    Goal weight: 170-195lbs ( by end of 52 weeks)
    Current weight: 242.6 lbs
    Total weight lost: 6.6 lbs
    This week's successes: I kept logging in and recording meals.
    This week's challenges: I'm all over the place with eating and emotions. Work is crazy schedule. Gotta try to get back to the right path.

    Hi group!

    I am sad to say that my February was an epic fail and the result was a 5 pound gain. :neutral:

    But you're still here, plugging away. Last night was an epic fail for me - so much so that I cannot even begin to guess to log it - heavy hors d'oeuvres and open bar. I'm with you - just write that off and begin fresh today.
