As the title says.... did anyone track if so, what was your input?
I consumed 2,100 which is over my 1560 allowance ( but it's Christmas) and I walked and burned 274 but ate that bavk

Think I'm just under 1100. Don't plan on anything else.

5113 calories, more if I decide I can fit in a snack before bed. The only thing I regret consuming is a Coke Zero because the carbonation filled me up. I'm guessing my food baby will weigh 4#.
I'm also someone who needs to track. This was one of my IDGAF days, mostly for mental relief.18 -
Had my cheat-mas yesterday, totaling 2200 while my normal intake for weight loss is around 1400. Today has been low calories (660 so far today goal is less than 1000 to even out) and low carb(since yesterday's extras were so high in carbs). Using casein protein powder and Aminos to help protect my muscle, got in an extra cardio workout to help offset yesterday. Hoping for the best!1

I'm not sure. But I do know I'm drinking a lot of them. I got a beautiful, giant bottle of Grey Goose and crystal martini glasses, a new martini shaker, and cheese stuffed olives. This thing isn't going to drink itself, lol.26

Not done yet. Should be about 1700ish. My normal goal is 1200.
I've done some walking but haven't logged it.2 -
Not as much as i thought i was going to. We left earlier than usual this year, so avoided the evening fry up of left overs. I estimated around 2600 calories, which would have doubled had i stayed later.3

1165 - but I will have a rum and Diet Coke in a couple of hours making me over my goal by about 30 calories.

I'm on 1560 too! I'm not going to go over today. I skipped breakfast and lunch which is typical of Christmas Day with my family. So it's not that hard for me to stay under my calories. It also helps I don't really drink.
I was over Friday though. Had the office Christmas party and went out for dinner with the boy. Was over about 700 - 900 calories by my guesstimates (hard to tell with the office party since it was a potluck).0 -

I didn't log because it's impossible to find the nutrition facts of all these homemade recipes. All I know is I had plenty of calories saved up to eat and I've been pooping ever since I ate dinner. Maybe it's because I have been eating so well for weeks and then I eat things that aren't that good for you idk5

Around 1200 today, yesterday was a different story. Spent yesterday "celebrating" with family and snacking all day, didn't bother to track.0

Not logging, don't care, it's Christmas!.. actually Yesterday I didn't log either.. have eaten everything and all I've wanted- toooons of chocolates, Panetone, cheese, breads, stuffing etc. I'm enjoying Christmas and will start logging again tomorrow. Merry Christmas everybody!!!!4

Probably gained 5 temp pounds
And 2 pounds in fat.
Who cares.
