Probably depends on the quality of the chocolate (additives and preservatives, etc.). It's certainly gotta be better than milk chocolate.0

I always scrub mine good with soap and water before I eat it.0

as clean as my nuts0

Depends on the percentage0

Depends on the percentage
how about 69-90%0 -
also, why isn't there a product with like splenda or stevia in a high % dark? I would think there would be a market for a sweet, really dark, chocolate.0

mmmm dark chocolate.... just bought some 72% yesterday... oh noes... what will I do if it's not considered clean????
Oh well, I don't think anything I eat is considered clean. I'm a dirty, dirty girl. :blushing:0 -

"natural" nutritional goodies just to warm things over?0 -
I would say yes - if you choose the 85% cocoa solids kind. Its too intense to eat a lot of it (I've tried...) but evidence suggests that two or three two-square portions a week can be beneficial to the heart and help to lessen the risk of congestive heart failure.
Teaming the chocolate with a glass of good red wine is better - the perfect combination.
But - moderation in all things.0 -
All I saw was chocolate. Wait...what was the question?0

yeah, to be 100% real, I would like a product that would take some of the bitterness out of 85%+ dark without adding sugar. So that was a real question.0
