Made it to gym for first time in months this am! Rejoined MFP last week. Focused on logging foods and drinking water last week; feels good to add the gym back to the journey!3

Though I am not weighing myself, my clothes are loosening which feels very nice. I might weigh in at day 30 but have not decided yet.1
