    Made it to gym for first time in months this am! Rejoined MFP last week. Focused on logging foods and drinking water last week; feels good to add the gym back to the journey!

    Though I am not weighing myself, my clothes are loosening which feels very nice. I might weigh in at day 30 but have not decided yet.

    Even though my knee is messed up, I am still going to the gym to work my upper body!

    I actually went to the gym. Excited. And enjoyed the 60 minute bootcamp even though my legs are like jello now.
