Stranger Things. It was quite good but it didn't really blow me away the way it has for many people. This is surprising considering the genre is right up my alley. I just felt it moved a bit fast and I don't understand the Internet's obsession with everything Millie Bobby Brown.

That just makes me sad. Watched Stranger Things the whole way through twice in 2 weeks.

    I don't get:
    Beyonce
    Jennifer Aniston
Mad Men - watched 1 1/2 seasons, everyone on that show are terrible people
The Office - love most of the actors, but the show itself I didn't find funny
Starbucks - their coffee is greasy, y'all. Give me some French/Italian roast or German coffee, that's the stuff!

    Ya ... coffee .... wine ... and beer ...
    they all taste like garbage.
I could drink beer if it's cold but I won't enjoy it.
And I quite like the fancy coffee-ish drinks, usually cold.
    I won't bother with wine.

Ok I'm gonna say it.....the raisins in trail mix. Why ruin a good thing with raisins? And also black licorice. Go straight to hell black licorice. You are just gross.

If I wasn't already married, I would marry you. Like, right now. *blows kiss*

Oh. Good ones. So agreed. I will add to this Adele. She is so damn depressing.

Oh, Adele. She makes my ears bleed with that caterwauling. Ugh.

I love Tim Burton so much and Michael Keaton was a fantastic Batman and Jack Nicholson was an awesome Joker but Christian Bale is my Batman, Heath Ledger is my Joker and (forgot the actor's name but) whoever plays the cop in those movies is my guy. So good, I think I'll go eat my butter popcorn rice cakes and watch them all again. Thanks for the inspiration!

.... Honest but respectful (hopefully) here: film everyone raved about that you "just didn't get?" - was "La La Land" Blah-Blah Land to you? Not quite loving Oreos when everyone else is? Were you screaming WHY when Leo finally won that overdue Oscar? Be it programme, food, clothing label, invention...whatever...

What did you not get the big hype about?

I have a few, but I will begin with Christopher Nolan's version of Batman. The final film I liked, but the first two....they failed to leave an impression and I felt like the only person to not be crazy about them. Preferred Tim Burton's version.

Touchscreens...good for banking etc, but if you personally own it, why would you want to get fingerprints on a screen when you also read things off of it? If it's got smudges all over it from your fingers, how can you see to read it? It's like constantly having smudges on your glasses...so annoying...and before someone says, "Use a stylus..." When is the last time someone used a stylus on a touch screen? I have an iPad for work. I hate using it because I am always cleaning it. I like my iMac 5k no touchscreen monitor just fine. I can eat butter popcorn rice cakes and watch movies with no smudges!
