I know my numbers are low, but I have been ill this week. I am counting on an end of the month trip to London where I will do nothing but walk.1 -

My fitbit was angry with me today since twice in one week I didn't come close to 10K, it told me to get my butt in gear so I got on the treadmill today and walked till I hit 10K (it took an HOUR! lol)
