My progress so far. I'll update weekly
I work in a job that I seat 50% of the time. My goal is do 1,000 steps in 5 mins before I leave for work. Yeah, I jog or march in place while brushing my teeth I get to work 20 mins early to walk at least 3,000 by 8am. While work I try to reach 5,000 steps by 12 noon. During my lunch hour, I eat for 15-20 minutes and spend the rest walking. My goal is make it to 8,000 by end of lunch hour. Then next goal is to make it to 10,000 steps by the end of work day. I get home and move around - marching while watching tv, or dancing until I hit 12,000 to 13,000 steps. My Garmin Vivofit fitness band automatically increases my target goal weekly.

Well my Vivosmart struggles counting steps more than my vivofit did when I'm pushing the pram. Fortunately with the Vivosmart I can set it to record a walk so I convert the miles covered to steps (shown in the brackets)
