    Well, I only got 3400 on my first day. Got home to surprise out-of-town guests. Blew my eating habits and my walking goal for the day. However, still came in under my day's counts. Yeah! Just wished I'd gotten more steps in. It seems like every time I stepped out during my breaks at work to go walking, someone just had to talk to me about something they thought was important. I'm going to have to get creative - maybe get them to walk with me? I told them what I was doing, but they still felt it necessary to stop me and talk to me.
