    How can you be forced to pay money when you weren't working ..
    I don't know how your court system works but here there is court mediation where you put forward your case where you cannot do whats been decided ...they don't make you pay so much that you are in financial hardship or that you can't support yourself and current family ..I guess court different there...
    A good tip for all those with verbal agreements to ex's out there ..ALWAYS get it in writing

    Doesn't work that way here Jo. I pay if I'm working or not or I can get jail time.

    Doesn't matter that I can't buy food. Doesn't matter that I live with my mother because I can't pay rent. Doesn't matter what I have.

    Sadly this is how I've seen child support work in a nut shell. They don't care about your financial situation, it's pay or your getting put behind bars. Best of luck to you man, I know that's a real rough spot to be in.

    1 I drive way to much 3200 miles a week. 2 I live in truck way to much 3 it's really hard to lose weight driving truck but I'm down 48 lbs

    1. My High School was AHS, Assumption High School. Catholic feast when Virgin Mary was Assumed into heaven. When I got old enough to think about it I sorta quit being Catholic.
