Pulled Pork

I've incorporated pulled pork into my diet on a frequent basis and I've lost weight. Has anyone noticed an increase in their metabolism as a result of ingesting more or does that only happen if I use a recipe that calls for ACV? Up til now, I've only cooked it in the crock pot with a good dark craft beer. As another poster said, it's too cold to fire up the smoker.

You've just gone and taken that too far.
My kids keep asking me what's so funny. You opened a wonderfully entertaining can of worms. Thank you.

Now, the Can o' Worms diet is another one I was going to mention. It's a bit more challenging than the Pulled Pork Diet, but the weight loss results are undeniable.4 -

To clarify, the Pulled Pork Detox Co in no way endorses tapeworms.5 -

MiloBloom83 wrote: »Spliner1969 wrote: »Pulled pork can be very fatty and high calorie, however, I'll sometimes make pulled pork out of a pork tenderloin. I'll trim the excess fat, then smoke it in the smoker until it falls apart. Shred it and put on a low cal bun with some lower calorie spicy bbq sauce and top with a fried egg. Yum. I have not made it in a while because it's been too cold and nasty outside and I've been too lazy to brave the weather long enough to fire up the smoker. I think I may do it this weekend though now that you mentioned pulled pork.
Are you "fat shaming" pulled pork? The loin is too lean. Pork shoulder or GTFO.
