    Successes / struggles this week: No progress this month so far. It's pretty depressing sometimes, doing the right thing day in day out, saying no to drinks, no to the pizza, cooking something healthy while hubby eats a schnitzel and chips, being good and virtuous and committed when secretly in your heart (even after 4 years of doing this *kitten*) you'd much rather sit on the couch in your pj's and eat a whole pizza and a tub of icecream.

    I don't understand what is happening with my weight this month, it's awesome though!!

    New goal for March - to stay at 65kg or below - not sure it is healthy for me to lose much more this month.

    Was on vacation last week. Most of the gain is water weight, which should be gone by next weigh-in, and then some.

    Successes / struggles this week: I was under the weather without energy this week.. .but hungry ALL THE TIME. I guess the results this week show what a week on the couch and in the fridge can do.
    Hope to get back to atleast my starting goal this month.

    Successes / struggles this week: disaster! Too much salt, not enough water and exercise!
    Refocusing for the week, downloaded a water reminder app and getting my butt to the gym at least 3 times!

    Successes / struggles this week: Yuck. Been sick since Sunday which means I haven't gone to the gym at all, and I've been pairing rest and recovery with comfort food. :\

    Successes / struggles this week: Doing better dealing with stress, not eating junk... struggling to find time to eat at all. Just have to keep up not giving in to temptation.

    Successes / struggles this week: Not much of a loss, but not a gain. Only struggle has been being ill Monday and Tuesday, but feeling better now.

    Successes / struggles this week: I started working out again this week and I'm super sore. I'm not surprised by this gain and know it will come off again next week. I'm just going to keep on keeping on.

    Up a little this week but not hugely surprised after the previous 2 weeks losses. Still under my original goal for March though :)

    Aloha, I think it has a lot to do with how you feel about the experience. I don't know how much you ate during that one meal but you will work it out. I am really strict about my diet until my weigh in day. Not saying I go completely crazy but I do enjoy fudge, breads, and so on....I know I won't have to look at the scale for another week so I hang on to the weight loss numbers from that morning and press on.
