Hi My name Is Nicole, I'm just starting out on this app and I really have no idea what foods to eat that are good for me. I would really love some recommendations of healthy foods to eat for weight loss.

Rather than changing all your foods, just be certain you've filled your MFP profile page correctly, then log all your food and exercise accurately for a few weeks. Look at the charts and see if you're staying within the limits MFP calculated for you, then analyze to see what adjustments you need to make, based on the numbers contributed by each food.

OP as others have said, you don't have to eat any special foods in order to lose weight, you just need to eat at a calorie deficit. Put your stats, activity level, a goal weight, and an appropriate rate of loss for the amount of weight you want to lose into MFP. MFP will calculate a calorie deficit for you. Eat a variety of foods within that deficit that provide you nutrition (macro and micro nutrients), satiety (fills you up), and enjoyment (keeps you on track). Log everything you eat as accurately and honestly as possible, ideally using a food scale. The advice others gave about logging a typical day or week of food and seeing how it plays out against your goal is a good one, you can look at the foods that really pack a calorie punch and decide if you want to keep eating them, maybe in smaller portions or less often, or if you think you might want to cut those out in favor of other foods that would balance out your day.

    Good luck!

: Best described with a picture but it's 3 scrambled eggs with 100g smoked Salmon and a slice of whole wheat toast

That looks so good. Will have to go on meal plan soon. I love smoked salmon but only ever have it at buffets; will have to buy some and experiment at home.
