    Eat what you enjoy eating. Or the things you loved when you were a child. But don't use it for depression. So many did that then felt far worse than they originally started. I vouch for the above comments plus exercising is a great way to relieve depression. Go to a boxing gym and punch your grief out. In time it will heal.
