You don't get bulky unless you REALLY work for it, or you take drugs.

Same goes for running.According to the Gynecologic Specialists of Northwestern, long-distance running can worsen uterine prolapse. Running generates an almost constant impact of the uterus onto the pelvic floor muscles. In an already weakened state, these muscles can stretch even further as a result of the repetitive force, which may then lead to additional sagging of the uterus.
Development
While prolonged periods of running can worsen this condition, it doesn't lead to uterine prolapse. You'd already need to have a prolapsed uterus for this athletic pursuit to cause any real damage. The most common causes of this condition are pregnancy and vaginal childbirth, but you may also suffer uterine prolapse as a result of aging or menopause. Even obesity and chronic coughing are known to contribute to a weakening of the pelvic floor and subsequent prolapse of the uterus.5 -
Women should do some kind of resistance training just as any man should do some kind of resistance training. Whether that's lifting "heavy" or not would be dependent on the objectives. "Heavy" as in low rep at a high % of max weight per movement is an excellent way to gain maximal strength in a fairly linear fashion.2

Depends. Do they want to lift heavy? Are they cleared by their doctor to lift heavy? Just like men, if they're healthy enough to do it and they want to do it then they should do it bar other preventing factors.3

I'm 100% sure she has no idea what a prolapse of the uterus is and with the odds of that being extremely low for me at this stage in my life I certainly won't be informing her as I don't want to give any more fuel to her fire10
