This is something I really need! LNS has always been a huge thing for me, and seems to have really kicked up in the past two weeks- which of course has derailed my weight loss goals:

Uhhg, I was just gonna post asking what you people eat later after dinner of you get hungry. I'm under my calorie intake and I've had plenty of fruits and veggies. Still hungry! Ahhh..what to snack on.0

Almost gave in last night after a super exhausting workout/swim that ran until 8 pm. I had to eat something post workout so I ate some cottage cheese and pineapple. A few minutes later I caught myself standing in front of the open pantry just staring at the food (bad habit). I remembered the challenge so I drank some peppermint tea instead (my go to for late night cravings). Then I passed out!2 -
Caught myself standing in front of a fridge with the door open. Closed the door. Walked away. I was only seeking an apple; however, not for the evening. That would be considered LNS.
