I don't drink soda, or any carbonated beverages, because they give me acid reflux.
You can drink all the zero calorie drinks you want and your weight will not be affected.
In fact, you will only gain weight if you eat more calories than you expend, which means you can even drink regular sodas if you want.

Btw your profile picture is a model that I would always see in promotions for Chinese mechandise right now the product being modeled is the necklace.
I bought items from the merchant before, so I've seen that picture all over the site. Not sure if you know it's a copyrighted image... unless you're claiming to be the model in question... just a little FYI.
LOL don't kill me this girl thinks I'm using a fake picture???? Come send me the site my girl, I would love to see it

Lol yeah. I just need people to know that I love to eat flesh...all the flesh
Anyway my dad is half Danish, so we're practically cousins or whatever.2 -
I like Diet Coke but only drink it when I go out.
Other things to consider...staining your pearly whites? Worth it?0 -

Where has this myth come from? There is bugger all sodium in diet drinks. I'm looking at my coke zero right now and it has 66mg in the whole bottle. 100g of carrot has more sodium naturally occuring than my drink.12 -
If you ask me: YES you can drink it, but personally it makes me crave sugar more and is addictive. I have a Coke Zero maybe every 2 weeks, and when I drink it I feel kind of yucky/unhealthy for a few hours, so I tell myself it's bad for me!0

Oh me, oh my! What ever am I gonna do consuming an entire 1% of my day's sodium. I don't think my body can handle all of that at once.

Very addictive. I was in diet soda anonymous up until recently. People really don't know the struggle until they've sucked asparagus for their next fix. How long you been clean?

It's addictive AF for me, could be my personality.
Also, it's aspartame, not asparagus. Asparagus is a green stalky vegetable.
It's cool joking about drug addiction though, sounds like you've never been through that before... *pats you on the back*0 -

One could say it's equally uncool to suggest your desire to drink yummy Coke Zero is similar to an actual drug addiction. Which I suspect was her point in the first place.16 -

@misshavenross while you are free to drink what you wish keep in mind it is working the liver and kidneys extra vs just drinking water often. Giving up any thing that has a chemical/emotional hold on us is very hard to do over the long haul.
