Slightly sweetened caramel rice cakes or soya yogurt. Lower calorie options to beat my craving.1

I rarely snack in the evenings. I almost always have a pretty big dinner very early (5 or 6 pm) and include any sweets/dessert at the end. I usually like to floss & brush and consider myself finished w/ eating or drinking anything but water.
But anyway! If I AM truly hungry later in the evening, I'll eat a boiled egg if I have some on hand, or just cook myself an egg and eat it with a little hot sauce or shredded cheddar on top. I rarely have string cheese but that would be an option for me too, if I did. I try to steer clear of sweet snacks because to me that just means I'm bored or stressed and if I'm hungry enough to actually want an egg then I feel that I probably need it.

I am fairly certain the only snacks fit for evening consumption are wine, bourbon, or coffee.
