I have PCOS aswell as a bad heart. I lost all my weight just calorie counting IIIFYM and walking.
I think its interesting to see a timeline of nearly 100 pounds shedding away. So many people get caught up on how slow weight loss is, But im a brand new person in under a year. Hopefully someone else can find a visual useful like i did:)

I'd love to see your photos, I was the same starting weight. So far I'm only down 15 pounds, but I'm going for one pound a week, 52 pounds this year.
