Really, the only claim that is actually backed by studies and science is that it can somewhat lower blood glucose when eaten before a meal...similar to a glass of wine.

I've personally found it beneficial to ease cramping when a charlie horse comes on.

So, ACV or a glass of wine. I know which one I'm choosing.

Well. A serving of ACV is 1 T, which has 0 calories, sooooo...

And 12? calories in a tablespoon of wine.

A tablespoon of wine is a very sad thing.

"A tablespoon of wine" is a phrase I never want to read ever again.

Unless it's part of an ingredient list of a recipe...but certainly not as a drink with dinner.

It lowers your blood glucose level so it is taken for that reason by many people with type 2 diabetes. Certain diabetes doctors recommend it.

the study has concluded that there is some correlation but is isn't proven . . .yet. The final concluding paragraph says "more study is needed" (my paraphrase).
