I need some of your real life experiences. So many contradictory articles out there. Help please! And if does work for you and you do use it, how are taking it. Thanks!

Work for what? There's a million sites out there touting it as the new and improved Dr. Smith's Snake Oil - Good for What Ails You. It has a lot of uses in food and cleaning, but it's just ... vinegar

Legend. Like grapefruit and cabbage soup. It doesn't have any calories and adds a nice flavor boost to salads and marinades. I've got a great vegan cornbread recipe that uses 1 tsp ACV in 1 cup reduced calorie almond milk as a buttermilk substitute, but it doesn't have any magical fat-dissolving properties. (Now if you want to talk about its tooth-enamel-dissolving qualities...)7

There are dozens of threads on this. Several a day in fact. I've never seen a link to anything scientific that truely links this to weight loss.
No way would I take - higher than average stomach acid - more heartburn, no thanks. Besides is very hard on tooth enamel.
This so called weight loss supplement has been around for decades.....it keeps coming back.9 -

Thats my question? Its being marketed for a ton of uses and I am asking for your experience, if any...0 -

It's good for cooking. And maybe the occasional (heavily-diluted) hair rinse. Or laundry rinse. But drinking it won't do anything aside from potentially upset your stomach and wreck your teeth.3

Try searching the forums for posts on ACV. You'll find lots of information about people's experiences.

Jeez sorry @pinuplove
It just happens time and time and time again that posts like this come up and it seems like the OPs don't search what's already out there. No exaggeration, this is a topic multiple times a week.0 -
I APOLOGIZE to everyone who is ticked off that I posted this, I had no idea the level of insensitivity some on these boards have. Why did you click into it if you already have seen a similar post? To shoot me a nasty comment, you could have just went onto another post. BUT no you chose to click in and blast me. Nice!9

I wouldn't take it personally. People just get tired of seeing the same question multiple times a day and sometimes that comes through.8 -

Thanks @janejellyroll I appreciate that! I feel bad and mad at the same time. I had no idea people would get upset.

What @janejellyroll said. Nothing personal at all. There are just lots of topics well covered that would be available by searching first.0

Thanks @anvilhead2 maybe I should have just asked for relative links or just not posted. I thought this community was here to help. I appreciate the links I went into them. It has certainly been discussed before. I am relatively new to the MFP and boards soooo..... I guess I am just p.... everyone off by trying to interact.0

Thanks @stella3838 I am new to the MFP boards so I guess I will not post until I search in the future.,1

No worries. The more time you're on here, you'll see there's like a top 5 or 6 things that are asked quite a bit. I still do searches myself and I've been on here for a number of years. Lots of good stuff here (and some not so good, so keep an open mind).2 -
@Noel_57 Thanks Noel! I get it. I honestly (even though it is there right in front of my face) did not see the "search" feature. So I learned something new today! Nothing about ACV but something new. I am kidding I used a few links that were provided. Just what I needed.2

It's so popular in fact, it even spawned this thread!

If you want nasty try posting a question on a linux board without searching first. They don't use duck filters...
Eta Yay back to kittens!
Or not - jeez it just posted with the original Very Bad Word2 -
Well... if you put some in a shot glass and add a few drops of dawn to break the surface tension, you have the best fruit fly trap ever!4
-
-
if I take a shot of it, my stomach flips and feels nasty, and I don't want to eat. Appetite Control !3
-
Sorry this site replaces bad words with *kitten* (or *asparagus * lately), but something glitched when I edited post and the original bad word appeared in all its glory. I edited again to *duck*.1 -
@mph323 thats Awesome! Very funny....0

It's not only about this question being asked nearly every day but it's usually on the first or second page of the forum, either in this section or the Food one.
Now if you're entirely new to forums, which would be rare these days, then I can see not looking through a couple of pages but otherwise, not doing it does make regulars kind of crabby. It's not personal when people internet roll their eyes. It's about the perpetuation of the myth more than anything else.3 -

It works really well for pulled pork and shredded beef. Seems to help my wife's digestive issues. If you are asking about weight loss, no it doesn't do anything for that. People have been claiming it does even back in the 1970s, possibly before that even, and like many of these things it seems to come back every few decades or so.1 -
It is absolute legend for barbecuing pork.1
