Those are all very fat away from me. At least an hour to each one
Someone suggested Trader Joes in your other thread. I don't have one near me, but I know some people swear by them. It looks like there's one near you based on a "grocery stores in worcester county ma" google search.
Thank you, but trader Joes is pricey
You've never been to Trader Joe's then. Best bet is the Dollar Tree (or something similar) or Walmart.0 -

Oh, I'm sorry! I was thinking of a different store! I will look into it ! I do most of my shopping at Walmart. What have you found at the dollar tree? I have one not too far from me that has a frozen section as well as a few isles with food. Never really looked at it though0 -

Plenty to choose from. You probably can't get meat there, but at least the staples you can stock up on (spices, beans, canned foods, rice, oatmeal).0 -

I live in New Hampshire, right next door to Massachusetts as you might have noticed, and I know that both states are full of Market Baskets, which happen to be one of the cheapest stores around. Find one near you, I'd just about guarantee there is one, and check out their weekly circular. They have amazing deals and I promise you will be able to purchase an entire week's worth of food in budget.
There is quite literally 6 of them within a 15 mile radius of me and I know much of New England is the same. Check it out...
Edited because I capitalized both, which looked like yelling and it wasn't0 -

You can't afford to eat less?0

Eggs bananas carrots rice cakes a jar of peanut butter a bag of salad a half pound of turkey. If you have $30 a week you can do it. I believe in you. You just have to want to.0

Do or do not
Eat less calories, you must

I used to work at Dollar Tree, and you can get frozen chicken leg quarters (a leg and a thigh), frozen fish, frozen pizza, lunchables, frozen fruit, canned fruit, cereal, juice, all kinds of stuff.0 -
My personal experience has been that losing weight is much like quitting smoking. You have to be in the right frame of mind to do it. I quit smoking 1.5 yrs ago, after several failed attempts.
My scale hit 180, and my eyes almost popped out of my head. After bitching and moaning and complaining daily how fat I was, that 180 motivated me to just do it. I immediately started eating less and counting every calorie. I have never been much of a fast food person, so that isn't an issue for me. Cookies and cakes are my weakness. I stopped buying them, and instead, I started making fruit loaf, with blueberries raspberries and banana. It is just sweet enough to satisfy my sweet tooth. I eat 1 piece after dinner every night. Followed by 2 rice cakes with a tiny bit of peanut butter and a tiny drizzle of honey. So far so good. I'm don't 7 lbs so far.0 -
It costs more to eat less, and less to eat more?0
