Week 1 (1/2) - 33 standard push ups (22/Apr)
Week 1 (2/2) - 35 standard push ups (25/Apr)
Week 2 (1/2) - 36 standard push ups (30/Apr)
Week 2 (2/2) - 38 standard push ups (3/May)
Week 3 (3/1) - 38 standard push ups (7/May)
Week 3 (3/2) - 40 standard push ups (10/May)
Two more.
Still doing all pushups for challenge with 2s cadence (1s down, 1s up, slight hold at lower extent to remove momentum).
Have altered daily routine's push ups to 7s cadence (4s slowly down, 1s hold down, 1s or less up, 1s hold up). This supposedly builds more lean muscle as they are under tension longer (then have to do explosive up).
@captainfantastic94 Are you and I the only ones still doing this?
@SunflowerDaisey How is the wrist?

Week 4 (4/2) - 45 standard push ups (17/May)
Took all my reserves to get the last one (about 5 minutes to get breathing and heart rate back to normal). I was hoping to make 45 by last one.
Amazing to note that 35 to me seem easy now. Yet that was my absolute limit less than a month ago.
