How did you decide your goal weight?

I'm 5'6, 156 lbs and feel great physically and mentally in the low 140s.0

My initial goal weight was 205 because this guy I worked with in my previous job weighed that and he had a great body. Then I started tinkering around with the numbers and realized that at 205 I would still be overweight as I really don't think I'll be the muscular type. So now I'm aiming for 187-190 which puts me just at normal for 6'2. He was 6'4 and muscular so his weight makes sense for him. Not so much for me necessarily.0
