    I'd love some inspiration!! Lost lots of weight in 2010 but it's been creeping back up. I badly want to lose 60lbs. I'm gonna take it in 20lb chunks.

    I feel the very same. Took my foot off the brake for way too long and slid way downhill. Now have to climb back up that hill to health and fitness.

    So...everyone...up with your strategies.

    Mine is that I'll run at least 5 kms everyday

    Increase the intake of water to 3 litres

    Go for longer runs on Weekends

    Increase the protein intake

    Do flexibility and strength training at least three days in a week
