Sure! What's the goal? Trying to stay realistic here so I hope that by the end of May I weigh 136. My end goal is 135 and then reevaluate from there whether I need to lose more fat or start to tone. Right now I'm at 140.6.

The Goal is to include minor changes in our daily activities so as to increase the calories burnt. The following link gives a small idea...we all can be innovative and find our own custom made ways and share with other members in the challenge.

I'm in! I want to lose 10lbs by June 1st. I have a business trip that is my motivation. If I can get on track now it will help me stay in track while I'm there.

After that I'd like to lose 10 more by the end of July.

After reading the link that was posted, I realized I do a significant number of these already. The first one I don't really do is have a connection with e-newsletters. I decided to sign up for a couple today. I chose "Health Magazine" and "Fit Bottomed Girls".

Here is the link for DietToGo.com' s "10 Health & Weightloss Newsletters You Have to Sign Up For," which is where I found both of these:

we share strategies for weight loss... our resolutions, what makes us weak and what our strategy is to combat it.

Just downloaded some new healthy living/exercise podcasts to my phone to listen to when I'm driving. My weight is back at 139 btw. I gained 1.4 lbs after a gigantic splurge of a dinner on May 5 for my wedding anniversary. It was worth it. Had to celebrate. Plus I worked my butt off and lost the weight after. Definitely won't happen again until my birthday though.

For the rest of the week I'm going to get at least 8 hours of sleep. No matter what. I've read several articles touting the benefits of a good night's rest when it comes to your waistline. Let's see what happens!!

Wow. Went to bed at 10 and woke up at 6:30 to no alarm. Ready to be productive. But I gained weight overnight...
