Sure! What's the goal? Trying to stay realistic here so I hope that by the end of May I weigh 136. My end goal is 135 and then reevaluate from there whether I need to lose more fat or start to tone. Right now I'm at 140.6.0

The Goal is to include minor changes in our daily activities so as to increase the calories burnt. The following link gives a small idea...we all can be innovative and find our own custom made ways and share with other members in the challenge.

We can also share our success stories to keep others inspired.1 -

After that I'd like to lose 10 more by the end of July.

After reading the link that was posted, I realized I do a significant number of these already. The first one I don't really do is have a connection with e-newsletters. I decided to sign up for a couple today. I chose "Health Magazine" and "Fit Bottomed Girls".
Here is the link for DietToGo.com' s "10 Health & Weightloss Newsletters You Have to Sign Up For," which is where I found both of these:

Changing my goal from 136 to 135. I now weight 139. So surreal. I never expected to weigh this much when I started MFP. My goal weight was 140 but I just keep eating healthy and exercising and the weight just comes down. I can't believe how good it feels to be able to walk without pain again!5

I would like to join as well. I need motivation to help me stay on track.1

I'm a late start but add me in...just did food prep yesterday...now to actually eat it1

Hey are you all still excepting people into this challenge...I'm trying to drop at the least 10 to 15 lbs by the middle of July...1
-
I haven't had a chance to post here. I hired I'll count down (hopefully down) my weight?
5/4 132.4
Goal 1231 -
Just downloaded some new healthy living/exercise podcasts to my phone to listen to when I'm driving. My weight is back at 139 btw. I gained 1.4 lbs after a gigantic splurge of a dinner on May 5 for my wedding anniversary. It was worth it. Had to celebrate. Plus I worked my butt off and lost the weight after. Definitely won't happen again until my birthday though.2

For the rest of the week I'm going to get at least 8 hours of sleep. No matter what. I've read several articles touting the benefits of a good night's rest when it comes to your waistline. Let's see what happens!!1

Wow. Went to bed at 10 and woke up at 6:30 to no alarm. Ready to be productive. But I gained weight overnight...0
