I sure need something like this, but I have a daycare and just did something to my knee so I will be trying my best. I need to focus on all of me so not sure what I'm going to do, I might switch it up2

I would suggest avoiding the squats and anything else that puts stress on the knee. Do what you can but avoid anything that feels painful.
