    I :heart: squats! I think they are fully responsible for me doing as well as I am on the bike :smiley:

    And for those cursing sumo squats... Try sumo squats with a barbell lift... Not only will your legs want to assassinate you... your arms and upper back will be standing in line for a chance as well :tongue:
