Warning about strength training

I just tell people in the locker room at the gym I blow my hair upside down because it gives it more volume. Actual reason: I can't raise my arms high enough to style my hair while standing upright after shoulders/triceps fun time.2

I don't get sore as much anymore to where I'm staggering around or can't lift my arms but I wish I would.

I caught myself "carrying invisible suitcases" after a rough chest/tries day - that awful "i'm so bulky I can't walk with my arms by my sides" stance. My arms were slightly swollen from the work I had been doing, but nothing noticeable to others. Luckily the gym was virtually empty haha1
