I just tell people in the locker room at the gym I blow my hair upside down because it gives it more volume. Actual reason: I can't raise my arms high enough to style my hair while standing upright after shoulders/triceps fun time.

My fiancé thought it was pretty funny when he had to help me get my sports bra off because I couldn't lift my arms after shoulder day

    He probably enjoyed too!

In strength training, you are not supposed to work to exhaustion. So, no. That doesn't happen to me.

So you really don't strength train then :D
Where did you get this info? The cookie monster...

I don't get sore as much anymore to where I'm staggering around or can't lift my arms but I wish I would.

No stories I'd share here from when I did ;)

Haha. Don't be a megabore and share

I caught myself "carrying invisible suitcases" after a rough chest/tries day - that awful "i'm so bulky I can't walk with my arms by my sides" stance. My arms were slightly swollen from the work I had been doing, but nothing noticeable to others. Luckily the gym was virtually empty haha
