    my non scale goal achieved.

I am able to reach a bag on the ground in the back of my car. one arm on each side of the seat i am sitting in, unzip the bag, get something out and then reseal the bag.

means i am flexible enough, range of motion enough and arm is thin enough to fit between the seat and the car frame.

*bam!* oddest non scale victory ever!

I always think back to how us humans are designed to run down gazelles on the Serengeti. So my vision of what it means to be "fit" is to be able to lope along behind that gazelle. There's a few problems with that:
    • I live in Canada so there's no handy Serengeti nearby.
    • Similarly, there are no tasty looking gazelles and the goats over at the petting zoo scare me.
    • I'm a sedentary computer geek.

So I figured I start with something more modest. I wanted a "slow race pace" over 8k which I roughed in at 45 minutes. So that's the goal. From there we'll expand to more serious goals.

to stay consistent even with a toddler and a new born
hot yoga (once I start up with regular yoga again)
To be on the small to mid range of size L in lulu lemon (was so close before pregnancy)
To try new recipes/ cold brew coffee at home
To need the next set of power block dumbbells. (I know its not much to many but I was happily curling 18 lbs per hand, and needed more weight for my squats and dead lifts than 48 lbs)
    Walk more.

The ultimate goal would be to do pull ups/chin ups? I have like t rex arms haha.
