Short term - fit on amusement rides comfortably with my son.
Long term - finish RunDisney's Star Wars- The Dark Side half marathon.1 -
I want the fat under part of arm to stop jiggling. I will feel better when wearing tank tops. Same goal for my thighs.1

To not jiggle.
No more love handles.
For my show clothes to fit comfortably again.
Run up to 8 miles (up to 7 now).
Be able to run 7 min miles in 5ks (8:26 is my current best).
Be top in NovAm all around (it's a horse show) in my state this year, the prize this year is a western work saddle.0 -
- find a new home by the end of this month
- finish the last two steps in the konmari process (misc. and sentimental)
- get boxes to start packing my belongings to move
- acquire the motivation to complete all the above
- find even more motivation to start training for the 10k i signed up for in May.
- change my mindset because I know I can accomplish all of the above...I just need to be in the right frame of mind lol

- Being able to wear all the supercute fandom gear (I want a Captain America skirt!!!)
- Crop tops!
- Get back into horseback riding
- Use the weight loss as a starting point to fix other problems and gain confidence1 -

I always think back to how us humans are designed to run down gazelles on the Serengeti. So my vision of what it means to be "fit" is to be able to lope along behind that gazelle. There's a few problems with that:
- I live in Canada so there's no handy Serengeti nearby.
- Similarly, there are no tasty looking gazelles and the goats over at the petting zoo scare me.
- I'm a sedentary computer geek.
So I figured I start with something more modest. I wanted a "slow race pace" over 8k which I roughed in at 45 minutes. So that's the goal. From there we'll expand to more serious goals.0 -
