Keto Diet?

Has anyone tried the Keto Diet? My boyfriend and I just started it. And so far it isn't bad.

Are there any tips and tricks on how to stick to this way of life? I'd really like this to be my last attempt at a "diet". Or even success stories?

    My tip would be to make sure you are getting at least 3000-5000 mg of sodium per day. There's 2300mg of sodium in a teaspoon of table salt, so that's about 2 tsp. If you let that go you'll expereince headaches, fatigue, muscle aches and cramps, and stomach issues.

    If things are... a bit faster than you'd like, cutting back on fat a bit (coconut oil gets me) can help. Easing into higher fat levels sometimes agrees with people more.

    And if things are slow, add coconut oil. LOL ;)
