I lost a total of 3 pounds in April. This month will be better.
I have to find a better way, better yet push myself to continue exercising and eating right even when it is pouring down raining/flooding...resisting temptation period (certain food items).
My wake up call was when my face started breaking out at the end of last week. I'm officially back on my no meats, bread, and/or dairy lifestyle change (basically cutting back on hormones). I hadn't broken out in 2-3 months, so I'm a tad bit upset with myself.4 -

May goal weight: 135. I know this is a bit ambitious, but this is the top of my ultimate goal range, and I really, really want to be there by the beginning of summer. Plus, I've been running longer distances in my C25K, and I am scheduled for a 5K Glow Run on the 27th. There's another 5K I may sign up for that's on the 20th, too...if I have the $$'s. So I guess those would be my non-scale goals for the month.
