I did the April challenge and am happy to find this again. I am changing my weigh times to only 2xs per month, at the beginning and end, as weighing each week stresses me out especially if I don't see results.

I gained 1lb this week. Im sure its bc i didnt workout at all last week due to being sick. My workout regimen is weight training and hiit cardio. So it might be muscle mass?? Either way im going to keep pushing for my goal for this month!3 -

So far so good this week.
I have noticed a loss so far this week but it's that time of the month as of yesterday so that may affect my weight.
I logged in as 153 when I started on Monday but the next day I was down to 150 so I think I was retaining water from the day before from either the fast food I had eaten or the 3 miles I walked around at the zoo the day before. either way, I wish I had put my starting weight at 150 just in case.2 -

I have already hit my weight goal for May plus I lost an extra pound! It's a Miracle!! Drinking more water and eating less salt....I'll let you all know at the end of the month to see if I can continue this positive losing streak :-)6

Happy Mother's Day!
Well I seem to be going backwards this week, albeit only by 3/5 of a pound. 2 weeks ago I hit a new daily low of 216.1, and hoped by now I would be in the 215-214 range, but no such luck.
Oh well, my body has never liked letting go of extra pounds so now is no exception.
It will probably be a tough week to keep to less calories. Mothers Day today, going to Mom in Law's house, skinny lady who cooks up enough food to feed an army. We always come home with leftovers.
Wedding anniversary tomorrow, husband's birthday on Tuesday, and I turn (gasp!) 50 on Wednesday. So there will be lots of food coming at me the next few days.
I do log everything, the good, the bad and the ugly.
Honestly I will be glad to get this week over with. Hallmark holidays always tend to be disappointing. I just want this week over with.
