    Everyday done so far. Had to stop on abs couldn't do both. Not and walking everyday. Too much too fast

    Day 4 -- rest - leg day at the gym lol

    Day 11 of the squat challenge....Done....110 total for today and day 12 is rest day :) It's going good, and I'm feeling good! :) Doing it first thing in the morning is best, however now that there are more and more to do, today I did 1/2 in the morning and 1/2 in the evening.
