I do barbell reverse lunges. I won't like...walk/lunge with dumbbells or some *kitten* though. Too much cardio.2 -

What an emotional roller coaster.
*Up* Ooh. My arms look good
*Down* Flappy granny arms
lol. That and every time I do them I'm like...why can't I EVER lift any more weight than this? Frustrating.5 -
Dread is a pretty strong word. If I truly dreaded something, especially an exercise, I simply wouldn't do it. That said, there are a few movements I'm not too happy to see when they come up in a wod. (situps, clean & jerk, SDHP, or excessive wall balls or burpees)1

Crunches1
-
Jumping jacks, burpees, push ups1
-
Push ups, burpees ... That's what stands out the most for me.1
-
Push ups! Hate push ups1
-
Legs and yoga, find no joy in those at all but do them2
-
Push ups to this day I still can't do them.1
-
Another for overhead press. Hate it and it never seems to progress any.1
-
Burpees if I'm doing a HIIT workout that requires them. Or Intervals during running. Much prefer long steady miles or quick shorter runs but at the same pace.1
-
Have to say it was standing cable front raises until I found alternatives that I love better. Now it is step up to reverse lunge with front to back lunges as a close second! HATE>>>>>GAIN1

I dread working with battle ropes- it is just so super obvious how weak I am on them!2

My trainer has me do two exercises I always fail spectacularly at --
- Deadmills (but on all fours, which sucks even more butt than the original)
- This thing where I push a weight plate covered with a towel across the floor.
He doesn't have me do these often, but when he does I want to just throw a temper tantrum and say NO, NO, NO!1 -
Oh, and walkouts. Burpees are hard, but at least you have momentum to keep you going from one position to the next. Walkouts are just super slow and excruciating.1

Tough call...
Good Mornings
Ham-Glute Raises
Cardio1 -
Burpees and planks. Period.2
-
Squats. The level of disdain and disgust I have for squats knows no bounds....2
-
Everything, lol. But to be honest, the part I hate most is not an exercise, it's the part of the exercise where you are far enough from the beginning to be exhausted, but far enough from the end you can't start counting down yet. You are just stuck in the middle where you feel like you are dying and there is no end in sight. I usually get this when I'm halfway through a longish run or long bike ride.5

I dislike all exercise done purely for the sake of getting exercise, but the dreadmill is probably my least favorite.1
-
Burpees. I tend to do them too fast and it's the only exercise that reminds me I have a potential lower back issue waiting in the wings. I just try to do them slower, but still loathe them. And how about "surfing burpees", yeah, it's a thing, and they suck too.1

Jumping squats. So exhausting.1
-
Plyo Lunges and Burpees.....2

I hate hate HATE HATE crunches, situps, generally the entire subset of core/ab specific workouts.
Nothing quite like doing something that makes you feel like you've been punched/kicked in the stomach.2 -
Lunges or burpees. Especially burpees.1
-
Tread mill.1

Me too! I can barely lift them never mind make them 'ripple' :)2 -
Crunches. I carry very little fat on my torso making it easy to see the progress in my stomach so you'd think it would be gratifying, but most ab work makes me miserable and it never seems to get any easier.1
