    There are days I really don't feel like squatting and other days I love it. I have a love/hate relationship with it.

    I pretty much only run for exercise and I honestly never feel pumped up or excited to go run - lol

    I generally feel pretty great afterwards, especially after a long run. I never thought I could do long runs and assumed people who run for 2+ hours were crazy. Now my long runs are 10-12 miles and I feel pretty awesome :smile:

    Aside from running I hate wall balls. Every time I do them I can barely walk the next day.

    I only do exercises I enjoy ... like, for example ... walking, cycling, climbing stairs, lifting weights, canoeing, snowshoeing, swimming, hiking, spinning classes, rowing at the gym, running on the treadmill ... :)

    If I dread anything, it's not exercising. Really missing exercise right now. :(

    lol . . . i get that, because lunges. a person can measure how much i hate lunges by the fact i'm actually willing to consider split squats as an alternative.

    I do barbell reverse lunges. I won't like...walk/lunge with dumbbells or some *kitten* though. Too much cardio.

    Dread is a pretty strong word. If I truly dreaded something, especially an exercise, I simply wouldn't do it. That said, there are a few movements I'm not too happy to see when they come up in a wod. (situps, clean & jerk, SDHP, or excessive wall balls or burpees)
