Lifting weights. It's the only exercise I do for any reason other than enjoyment.4

You know, I'm a pretty in-shape person and I still dread push-ups and chin-ups. They are freekin' hard!
I'd rather use the weight machines where you can reduce the resistance relative to body weight, but still, I sometimes do them. And dread it.
Thanks for asking!2 -
All of them. Just being honest but, I do it.3

Dead lifts, it's a love hate relationship!2

None. I don't do exercise I don't enjoy.9

Push-ups. They always get done but usually involve some whining to my coach.4

Bicep curls!!3

I used to dread doing legs. Specifically squats. But now I'm really determined to gain massive legs so even though it's still the hardest muscle group for me to do, I go in with the mindset of excitement because I cant wait to reach my goal.2

Barbell Back Squats.
Hardest for me 2 do. Got seriously injured doing them b4 and always worried about getting injured each time that I do them again.3 -
Squat balance clock. Basically this, but standing on a cardio step so you're only on one leg.
On the plus side, at the beginner level, the book considers 3 reps on each leg (in each position) sufficient.1 -
I am going to have to say running. Hands down.....running.2
-
Deadlifts and shoulder presses. I've given up both for alternatives.1

Burpees and kettlebell sumo squats1

hard to pick cause yeah, pushups, pull ups, but bulgarian splits are my least.1

Yoga: Downward dog pose. (adho mukha svanasana)
Every routine puts you into it more than any other pose. Every teacher leaves you stuck there for WAY too long.
They think of it, I believe, as a resting pose. It is not for me.
C'mon, yoga instructors. Show some imagination.
I just hate it. My Achilles tendons are tight, so I will never be able to get my heels to the ground. My shoulders are broad, so that much weight on my arms is a bit uncomfortable. And I don't particularly feel comfortable being upside down. Never have. Never will.13 -
Much smaller list is what exercise do I like. Belly dance fitness, some kinect exercise, walking, riding my trike, swimming. The rest if either forced or not done.1
