Successes / struggles this week: Not able to further lose weight. Eating out frequently isn't helping either but trying to stick to my overnight oats for breakfast and salads for lunch diet. Trying to eat broccoli rice and Tofu for dinner. Upped the gym to 3-4 times a week still no progress. I might have to change the way i work out. Also, feel hungry a lot of times but myfitnesspal says I have already hit my macros counter for the day. Any suggestions from the community ??0 -

Successes / struggles this week: I had a nasty sinus infection this week. The antibiotic I'm on makes me slightly nauseous, so I've been grazing a bit more than I'd like this week. We also had a surprise party for a friend today and I definitely drank more calories than I ate. This week I'll be going back to a regular exercise regiment as well.0 -
Congrats on the losses, and sorry you're feeling icky, stelly76. Keep up the fluids and exercise when you can. You may have to start up a little slower, or not go as long. Soon you'll be good as new!0

Successes / struggles this week: I struggled a bit with my eating and activity this week, but I still managed to lose another pound. Didn't quite make my goal, but I'm happy with a 5 1/2 lb loss this month.

Success/struggles this week: Getting better at meal planning, Woking a lot so I'm tired after and not really in the mood to workout...sometimes I do push myself but I need to find something to give me energy after a long 12-13 hour shift. ANY SUGGESTIONS??
I find exercise for exercise sake so hard when I'm tired. I would suggest parking your car further away from work. You are likely to be game for this at the beginning of your shift and at the end you have to gets some exercise done in order to get home!
Other things that work for me - preparing for a course of exercise classes. I go so I don't waste my money! Plus finding a class/gym I can do on my way home. If I get home that's it....I crash on the couch and don't leave.

Glad that still lost 0.8 kg even the number was influenced by water retention during period this week.
New calories goal seemed to work, which is 100 kcal higher than before though.
Will add HIIT to workout routine since next week. Work out more, eat more (healthily). Woohoo!3 -

Successes / struggles this week: I actually REACHED my goal earlier in the week, but then gained over the weekend again. No more Monday weigh-ins, ever! I'm glad I lost the weight I gained last month, but I just wasted 2 months getting to where I was in May. I'm in it for the long haul, so I'm just a little behind. Stay strong and committed!3 -

Oops, forgot to post yesterday. Really pleased I didn't gain this month, and 2lbs gone feels great. I've been on doctors orders, no exercise for 4 weeks which is coming to an end soon. Can't wait to start swimming again gonna smash next month's challenge!

That is rough. I know there are days when I have no energy after just an 8 hour shift (plus 2 hours of commuting). All I can offer is to find a workout buddy who can help motivate you (and vice versa) to get out there, and exercising builds energy in the medium-to-long run. The more you do, the less effort it will take to get out there and do something. For me, I've got a Planet Fitness black card membership, so I can bring 1 guest an unlimited number of times, and my wife has no membership. So I committed to her that anytime she wants to go, I will go with her, and I do whether I feel like it or not. That has helped me a lot, but not enough because she has similar energy/motivation issues. I still haven't turned the gym into a habit, but I'm working on it.1 -
